Getting There
ACCOMMODATION
We currently have an arrangement at the Courtyard by Marriott in St. Jacobs for guests to stay at a discounted rate. When booking a room, use the promo code D7597 for the discounted rate.
If you choose to book by phone, you can call 519-884-9295 or 1-800-972-5371 to speak with one of their Front Desk Agents. Be sure to either mention "The Stella Collective Discount Code" and/or "D7597" to receive the discount.
We have been advised by the hotel that they will not be able to guarantee early check-in for guests. The hotel check in time is 3:00pm, so please make sure you are planning accordingly. As mentioned below, guests are welcome to leave their cars at the venue overnight.
TRANSPORTATION
There will be shuttle service to and from the hotel. There will also be the options to use taxi or rideshare if that is preferred.
The venue does have a large parking lot where guests may leave their vehicles overnight.
